Shipping Policy

 

 

📦 Shipping Within India:

We currently ship to all locations across India.

 

• Free Shipping on orders above ₹400

• Standard Shipping Fee of ₹99 on orders below ₹400

 

 

⏱ Delivery Time:

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Delivery time typically ranges from 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.

 

📫 Tracking Information:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking number and shipping updates.

 

 

 

Return & Replacement Policy

 

 

Due to the hygienic nature of perfumes, we do not accept returns unless the following conditions are met:

 

 

✅ You are eligible for a replacement if:

 

 

1. You received the wrong product, or

2. Your product was damaged during transit

 

 

Conditions for Replacement:

 

• You must raise the return request within 2 days of receiving the product.

• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

• You must share clear photos or videos of:

   

  • The outer package

  • The product received

  • The damage or incorrect item

   

 

 

 

❌ We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

 

 

• If the perfume has been opened or used

• If the complaint is raised after 2 days of delivery

• If the product was delivered correctly and safely

 

 

To Request a Return or Replacement:

Email us at hello@aurmluxe.com with your order number, issue, and photo/video proof. Our customer care team will respond within 24–48 hours.

 

 

 

Refunds (if applicable):

 

 

If your replacement request is approved but the product is out of stock, we will offer you a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval.
